Mandy Stephens

Mandy Stephens holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Education. Before founding Let’s Chat, Mandy practiced as a Social Worker and Classroom Teacher. For the past 16 years she has been working in the field of Relationships and Sexuality Education. Her approach is firmly rooted in principles of empowerment and fostering respectful and fulfilling relationships underpinned by a healthy sense of self. As a mother of three and with firsthand experience as a classroom teacher, Mandy understands and has an ability to empathise with parents, caregivers, and educators when it comes to navigating puberty and raising children to be happy, healthy, and confident.

Emma Wynne

Emma Wynne holds a Degree in Physiotherapy and Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education. Emma is a keen advocate for all things relationships and sexuality education and improving the wellbeing of young people. She loves working with young people at a formative stage of their lives and values the opportunity to have important conversations that reduce shame and stigma, promote inclusion and diversity, and promote confidence and skills to have positive and respectful relationships. As the mother of 2 ‘Generation Alpha’ daughters, Emma is mindful of the need to integrate and understand technology while also valuing the irreplaceable need for face-to-face human connection. Emma believes that “the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives” (Esther Perel) and strives to embody this philosophy both personally and professionally.

Andrea McKim

Andrea McKim holds a Bachelor of Counselling (coaching). Andrea’s field of study and speciality is coaching and counselling, focusing on developmental psychology in children and young adults. She is an experienced educator with a passion for supporting children and adolescents through the developmental stages that focus on puberty changes, body safety, sexuality education, and emotional well-being, Andrea creates a safe, open, and inclusive environment where young people can explore these sensitive topics with curiosity and confidence. As a mother of adult triplets and a recent school leaver, Andrea has been the resident sex educator at home for some time. She combines her formal education with life experience which enables her presentations to be welcoming and reassuring to all students.

Natalie Farrugia

Natalie Farrugia holds a Bachelor of Nursing and Masters in Public Health. Natalie has a long-standing passion for health, starting her professional career with 15 years as a Registered Nurse. Having worked in various health settings in Australia and the UK, Natalie focused on paediatric and child health before moving into the health promotion space. Natalie has a keen interest in nutrition and is passionate about helping children live healthier lives through knowledge and understanding about their bodies and relationships. Natalie is also a parent of three busy children so has first-hand experience of the importance building resilient and informed young people.

Holly Cormack

Holly Cormack holds a Bachelor of Arts, in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology. Holly is an experienced facilitator and coach having spent most of her career in various corporate roles focusing on learning and development, in particular communication and Emotional Intelligence. Moving to Brisbane in 2020 Holly was excited to move into classrooms and apply her extensive facilitation skills and knowledge to a younger audience working with children to build confidence and comfort during puberty and beyond. In addition to her role with Let’s Chat Holly is a mother to three busy school aged children, her real-life experiences with her own children allow her to have empathy and insights which she draws on in the classroom.

Jodie Frankland

Jodi Frankland is a Registered Nurse. During Jodi’s career as a Registered Nurse she has gained experience in training, assessment, and education, working with healthcare professionals, disability workers, corporate employees, and primary and high school teachers, an aspect of her work she thoroughly enjoys. Jodi loves working with children and as a mum of two primary school aged girls, she is particularly sensitive to the needs of children in a highly connected and online world. Jodi is passionate about the safety of children, has undertaken several child protection courses, and is proud to be a part of the of the Let’s Chat team.

Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown holds a Bachelor of Education. Lisa has been a primary school teacher for over 30 years and during this time has gained a wealth of experience working in both mainstream classrooms and special education programs. She is a dedicated mother of 3 very busy young adults. She is positively involved with all of her children nurturing and guiding them to promote healthy life choices. Lisa has a particular talent in organisation and communication, which is why she will usually be the one you will hear from when it comes to driving the organisational side of Let’s Chat.
